starting November 2010
When school is not in session, the facility is available for
rent many days at reduced rates. New Year's Eve is available at
Saturday rates. |

Prices below are for the
exclusive use of the largest ballroom, catering kitchen, and
terrace on Friday evenings. Others will be using the lobby,
bathrooms, and other ballrooms. We clean before & after, and we
set-up (as instructed) & break-down all tables & chairs. Entry
into studio for set-up begins at 6:30 PM during the school year
(1 PM in no school). There is no charge for first hour of set-up
and last 1/2 hour for breakdown. Charges begin at 7:30 PM.
Maximum number of guests is 100. |

All music must
end by 1:00 AM (out by 1:30 AM) unless optional extension fee is
paid. Available chairs and tables are included in rental (see
list). A supervisor will be provided from the start of the event
until 1 hour after the event ends. The building must be vacated
within 1/2 hour after the event ends or a penalty will be
charged of $125 per hour. The facility is expected to be left in
good condition. Please note unusual heavy cleaning will be
considered damage and a charge will be deducted from the
security deposit. |

Earlier entry
start time may be available during school holidays and during
the summer when school is not in session. The catering kitchen
may be used on Friday after 9:00 AM for storage of reception
items.
If over 150 people come to an event and/or the police are called
in for any reason, we can end the event immediately without
penalty to us.
When school is not in session, the facility is available for
rent at these rates on many other days at reduced rates. New
Year's Eve is available at Saturday rates.
