Main Studio Rental Price List (revised 5/30/10)

Prices below are for the exclusive use of the largest ballroom, catering kitchen, and terrace on Sundays.  Others may be using the lobby, bathrooms, and other ballrooms.  We clean before & after, and we set-up (as instructed) & break-down all tables & chairs.   Set-up can begin at 1 PM or later.  No charge for set-up & 1 hour of breakdown.

Linens & napkins for all tables $1.50 per person with minimum of $100  
Event ending after 1:00 AM $100 extra to end event at 2:00 AM  
Use of 2nd largest studio $150  
Use of gazebo for weddings $250 (includes our set-up/breakdown of up to 93 white folding chairs)  
Supervisor for garbage & rest rooms, etc. $100  

For events with over the agreed to number of guests, the applicable higher rate will be charged plus a $200 overage penalty. If over 300 people come to an event and/or the police are called in for any reason, we can end the event immediately without penalty to us.

All events must end by 1:00 AM unless optional extension fee is paid. Available chairs and tables are included in rental (see list). The building must be vacated within 1 hour after the event ends or a penalty will be charged of $200 per hour. No restrictions regarding catering. The facility is expected to be left in good condition. Please note unusual heavy cleaning will be considered damage and a charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
