Prices below are for the exclusive
use of the largest ballroom, lobby, catering kitchen, and
terrace for up to 7 hours, plus up to 4-5 hours of setup time
beforehand, and 1 hour to leave premises after event. Included
is the use of the ballroom the Friday before the event from 8:30
- 10:00PM. We also include a supervisor to clean bathrooms,
take-out garbage, help with problems, etc. during each event. We
also set-up (as instructed) & break-down all tables & chairs. |

price can be reduced $100 if a given event has a caterer that
agrees to handle garbage & maintain bathrooms so we will not
need our supervisor mentioned above. |

No restrictions
regarding catering. Use of ceiling projector & wall screen included.
All music must end by
1:00 AM (out by 2:00 AM) unless optional extension fee is paid.
Available chairs and tables are included in rental (see list).
A supervisor will be provided from the start of the event until 1
hour after the event ends. The building must be vacated within 1
hour after the event ends or a penalty will be charged of $200 per
hour. The facility is expected to be left in good condition. Please
note unusual heavy cleaning will be considered damage and a charge
will be deducted from the security deposit. |

During the school
year access to the largest studio is no earlier than 1:30 PM and
4:30 PM in the second largest studio when dance classes are
being held. Earlier entry may be available during school
holidays and during the summer when school is not in session.
The catering kitchen may be used on Friday after 9:00 AM for
storage of reception items.
For events with over the agreed upon number of guests, the
applicable higher rate will be charged plus a $200 overage
penalty. If over 300 people come to an event and/or the police
are called in for any reason, we can end the event immediately
without penalty to us.
When school is not in session, the facility is available for
rent many days at reduced rates. New Year's Eve is available at
Saturday rates.
